1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Flux International ("Flux", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. Flux International services are not available to residents of certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, and Syria.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy
Flux International complies with all applicable international anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of illicit activity.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flux International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly used.
